4. Completely inspect whether all fastener joints of the insulating glass production line are loosened due to transportation shocks and fasten them piece by piece (especially if the connections of each terminal are loose).

5, grounding line with a cross-sectional area of not less than 6 square mm soft copper heart yellow-green insulated wire, grounding resistance is not greater than 4 ohms.

6. Switch on the gas source to check if the pipeline is open and damaged. Air source pressure requirements 0.5 ~ 0.8Mpa. Turn on the power test The rotating direction of each motor of the insulating glass production line is correct, and whether the driving sprocket of each segment is flexible and stable.

7. Place the operation switch in the “manual” position and perform a separate test on each device. Whether there is any damage during transportation, if there is any abnormality, the machine should be shut down and repaired immediately, and try again after troubleshooting.
